Any additional 1 kg | 2.2 lbs – add EUR 10.00 to the Flat Rate

Orders are dispatched within 2 (two) business days and shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 days.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and luxurious, high quality organic beauty products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed online are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 (two) business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 (two) business days.

When international orders reach destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. HERA MD PROVENCE takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. We do not accept returns on sale items.

If in the unlikely event, you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email us at info@heramd.com within 5 (five) days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and include a brief description of your order, and a daytime phone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.

Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labeling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition. Returns are to be received by us within 14 (fourteen) days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
